Getting Help with Software You've Downloaded from SF.net

Please note that SourceForge simply provides project hosting for open source projects. We cannot provide support for end-users for individual projects. If you have questions about or problems with the software you downloaded from our site, you will need to contact the admins for that project, not SourceForge.net staff.

Check the homepage for your project.
Many projects will offer links to external forums or FAQs for software support, or use the ones provided by SourceForge. Generally speaking, you are encouraged to click on the project's Wiki or Discussion forums for assistance.

To contact a project, go to the project home page and you will see where to go for project support. You can also contact them via email, if they have enabled this feature, by clicking on the Developer icon and sending a message through the SourceForge.net servers.
